Twisted Sistah Choker kits are  now available in my Etsy store for those of you enrolled (or planning on enrolling) into my online jewelry workshop over at www.creativeworkshops.ning.com.  Workshop starts September 10th.  

Kits include all sorts of goodies to get you started on your 

"Twisted" adventure.  See the Etsy listing for all the exciting details.

Only 12 days left until my Twisted Sistah Choker DVD giveaway drawing.  If you haven't signed up and would like to be included, please see my last post.  

DVD's will be available for purchased in my Etsy store the end of September.  

On another note, registration for.....ART IS YOU in Petaluma is still open....but only for a few more days.  I invite you to visit the website and see all of the Weird Wild and Wonderful happenings taking place during the week of September 19-23.  I so look forward to meeting all of you who have signed up for my classes...we will have so much fun in our jammies and tutus!!!!!

GIVE-AWAY

Such exciting news......after working on my very first online jewelry workshop for several months now, the enhanced version of my "Twisted Sistah" class will soon be available as an online class through Creative Workshops  and as a DVD available in my Etsy store.  I will have kits available containing gorgeous beads, stones, antique buttons, brass sheet, brass wire, copper pipe, and more. We are working hard to put all of the finishing details on every aspect of this epic adventure.

This workshop includes a wealth of techniques (comparable to a 3-day class).  I will be guiding you step-by-step as you learn techniques in:

Cutting and filing metal

Soldering with a micro butane torch

Creating soldered bezels

Using resin in your jewelry designs

Working with various patinas

Working with wire

Soldering chain links

Handmade clasps

For those of you who I have had the pleasure of sharing Twisted Sistah with in class, this online class promises to add a more in-depth adventure into the Twisted world of this whimsical, texture- rich project.  

I hope you will plan on joining me for Twisted Sistah.  The workshop will be available 24 hours, 7 days a week for at least 1 complete year.  

In celebration of my first online workshop, I am  happy to give away a Twisted Sistah DVD....a comprehensive,  3-hour, double disc set complete with all of the information you need to create your own Twisted Sistah choker....or perhaps a cuff...it's up to you. Supply lists and resource lists, of course, included.
